HSL Introduction
HSL certification service (HSL) is an official professional certification body, which is constructed by China Feed Industry Association of Ministry of Agriculture (CFIA), China Dairy Association, and Feed Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science Institute.
HSL is approved (CNCA-R-2003-116) by Certification and Accreditation Administration of P.R. China (CNCA), and recognized (CNAS C116-Q/H/P) by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
As a recognized third-party certification body, HSL’s certification service covers Quality Management System(ISO 9001), Food Safety Management System (ISO22000/HACCP) certification, and China Good Agricultural Practice (CHINAGAP eqv.EUREPGAP).Regarding the international cooperation, HSL is the sole Chinese certification body, which is authorized by EU FAMI-QS Asbl, engaged in FAMI-QS certification in China.
HSL is in a guidelines of 'fair, scientific, professional, honest' for the certification, abide by the principle of objective and equality, we do not depend on any organizations and agencies. HSL is continually in strict accordance with international practices, and conduct certification in an independent, objective and impartial way.
Activites
HSL specializes in agriculture, feed industry, animal husbandry and also deal with other industries, eg. food, mechanism etc. Our certification service is in a good reputation, certification results are admissible by community, government agencies and the European Union institutions.
So far, HSL has certified more than 1000 companies. It includes not only a number of listed companies and well-known domestic groups such as Tongwei, Hope Group, Liuhe, Haida, Zhenghong, Hengxing, Tangrenshen etc., but also some transnational corporations in China such as Chia Tai Group, Conti Group, Puruina, Alltech, Novus etc. Regarding FAMI-QS, HSL has accepted applications of more than 90 domestic feed and feed additive companies, has audited and certified more than 80 companies who applied for FAMI-QS certification. At the same time, these FAMI-QS certified companies have successfully got the qualification for exporting products to the EU.
